An Ocean of Discovery Experience with Niagara Discovery Pass

The Niagara Falls State Park offers a different kind of family friendly water adventure located just a couple of blocks away from the park. Known as Niagara’s other “wet wonder”, the Aquarium of Niagara is included in the value-added Niagara Falls USA Discovery Pass package. Originally a privately owned research facility, the Niagara Aquarium Foundation opened it to tourists in 1994. The goal was to create awareness and broaden the public’s knowledge of aquatic ecosystems and promote conservation. The aquarium offers educational and recreational programs, stimulating displays and exhibits as well as exclusive experiences that let visitors get up close and personal with marine life.

There are sea horses, fresh and saltwater fish, Peruvian penguins, harbor seals and performing California sea lions.
